DAVIS--

The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has issued a 30-day suspension of KetMoRee Thai's liquor license, citing constant disorderly conduct at the restaurant.

Along with the 30-day suspension, the restaurant and bar's license will be under a two-year probation.

According to the ABC, Davis Police are called to KetMoRee at least 24 times for fights, public drunkenness and assaults. Notably, in September 2015, 22-year-old Peter Gonzalez was fatally stabbed in the bar following a fight.

Gonzalez was supposed to attend his sister's wedding the next day.

The ABC says KetMoRee's license would be revoked permanently if security doesn't improve.
