VACAVILLE —

Vacaville police arrested a Buckingham High School Student in connection to a school threat on Thursday.

On Thursday afternoon, students, teachers and administrators at Buckingham received a threatening email that was sent through the School Loop system.

Vacaville police worked with the Vacaville Unified School District to find out where the email was sent from and who sent it.

The suspect, a juvenile student at Buckingham High School, was identified by police and arrested. The student allegedly gained access to another student’s School Loop account when the other student’s user name and password were saved on a computer shared by multiple students.
