STOCKTON–

Police in Stockton say two men stabbed each other Sunday evening in a fight that began with one defecating on the other’s lawn.

Officers say they were called to a home on Superior Street, near the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds, shortly after 7:30 p.m. Investigators say a man came out of his home and attacked a man who had apparently gone to the bathroom on his lawn.

The victim fell down while he was being chased and was stabbed several times, police said.

At one point, officers say the victim was able to get the knife away from the man and stab him in the neck.

Officers arrested Lonale Shaw, 18, for assault with a deadly weapon.
