A Ripon man was arrested Thursday in connection to a child pornography investigation.

Back in February, Ripon detectives served a search warrant on a home connected to the investigation. Electronic evidence was seized and examined.

Ripon detectives returned to the home of Kevin Andrew McManis, 55, Thursday just after 11 a.m. He was taken into custody.

McManis was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on a felony charge of possession of child pornography.
