LINCOLN--

With mud on their shoes and rain pouring on their faces, Tony Overbay and Jeffrey Johnston go around and around the track at Glen Edwards Middle School in Lincoln.

The duo - who are also run ultra marathons - have used their feet and sweat to raise money for the school for a few years now.

"It started at a fundraiser, but the best part is a having the kids join in," said Overbay.

Students started the run with the dads but left to head to class, while others took to the track through out the day for their PE class.

Friday evening the running moves to Lincoln High School and will continue under the lights until 8:15am Saturday morning when a 5k will take place to help raise money.
