Wanted: Armed and Dangerous Road Rage Suspect

The El Dorado County Sheriff’s have felony arrest warrants out for a man they believe was involved in a road rage incident in early April.

On April 7 the road rage incident ended with gunshots being fired in the Mar Val Market parking lot in Georgetown.

Jesse Dean Messer

Jesse Dean Messer has been identified as one of two suspects. He is wanted for armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.

Messer is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities have no information on what type of vehicle he may be driving but say Messer is known to frequent the Georgetown area.
