Paul is in the studio with Defense Attorney Ken Rosenfeld talking about the latest legal battles making a big buzz in media.

  • San Francicsco law makers are attempting to lower the voting age to 16. Even if this did pass, most likely the federal government will shut that down quickly.
  • New ballot measure is focusing on gun control. Gavin Newsom is pushing to make gun magazines that hold more than 10 rounds illegal to possess in California. There are literally millions of them that are currently legally owned by Californians. Can they just pass a law (or proposition) that forces people to turn in to the government what was previously legal to own?
  • Also, Gavin's marijuana legalization measure is certain to be on our ballot. Again, this would be a state law that goes against federal  laws.
