Joe Montana, Hall of Fame Quarterback, Jennifer Montana, Breakaway From Heart Disease Ambassador, Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum, Director of Women's Heart Health of Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital, NYC, have all joined Paul and Christianne to chat about making heart health a priority in life. Heart disease runs on both Joe and Jennifer's sides of the family putting them at increased risk for developing heart disease. Knowing your family history is a big part of prevention.

More than 40 percent of U.S. adults, or approximately 116 million adult Americans, are projected to have some form of cardiovascular disease by 2030. That's why Joe has teamed up with Amgen on Breakaway from Heart Disease to encourage others to make heart health a priority.
