Guinness Blonde and BBQ Chicken Marinade

•      1 cup Guinness Blonde American Lager

•      ½ cup Olive Oil

•      ½ Squeezed Lemon

•      ½ cup Parsley

•      ½ cup Chopped Red Onion

•      3 Chopped Garlic Cloves

•      1 ½ teaspoon Salt

•      1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper

•      1 ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

•      ½ teaspoon Paprika

•      ½ teaspoon Cumin

•      Add ingredients to olive oil in mixing bowl

•      Add Guinness Blonde American Lager

•      Place Chicken in Zip Lock 1 gallon bag

•      Pour Marinade into bag, let sit for 6 -12 hours in refrigerator

•      35-45 minute cooking time
