Chihuahua Causes Traffic Jam in Fairfield

FAIRFIELD — A stray chihuahua and her partner in crime caused quite the traffic jam on Cordelia Road on Wednesday afternoon.

The chihuahua’s partner took off running when deputies tried to catch her and was last seen headed toward Suisun.

If you recognize this pup, she’ll be at the Solano County Animal Shelter.
