Jackson Fire Crews Save Driver After Car Lands Upside Down in Embankment

JACKSON — Fire crews quickly rescued a driver Friday whose car landed upside down after traveling down a 40-foot-high embankment.

The vehicle left the roadway on Middle Bar Road, where crews with the Jackson Fire Department located it on its roof.

The driver’s side door had to be removed before the driver could be extricated and treated.

The extent of the driver’s injuries has not been reported.
