Family therapist Anna Osborn says, sometimes, less is more, when it comes to parenting.

Osborn offers some minimalist parenting tips on her website, Mother.ly:

  1. Hover less and your children will live more.
  2. Entertain less and your children will innovate more.
  3. Schedule less and your children will rest more.
  4. Referee less and your children will problem solve more.
  5. Buy less and your children will seek more.
