Today we were joined by Macey Crist, chef instructor, and Marshawn Watson, culinary student at The Art Institute of California-Sacramento.  They are culinary team finalists for Emmi-Roth and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.  Today they gave us a cooking demonstration of their award winning sweet fontina pastry creme, piped inside a Chinese steamed bun.
