Great Outdoors Week: Creative Camping Food

Food stylist and recipe developer Patty Mastracco of I Do Food is in the kitchen with Simone sharing creative camping food ideas.

Breakfast:
Scrambled Egg Breakfast Pizza - Serve it with salsa and sour cream or ranch for dunking.

Lunch:
Pack and go sandwiches using individual - no cooler required - ingredients, like mini cups of olives, hummus, guacamole etc. Salami is also shelf stable unopened!

Dinner:
Five ingredient chili made with a new craft beer salsa and serve it with a good sprinkle of the good Cheddar. F

Dessert:
Shortcut fruit cobbler. Good preserves, fresh or frozen fruit (frozen is great to help keep your cooler foods cold!), cooked in a skillet and topped with crumbled soft sugar cookies.
