Stockton Police Arrest Suspect in 18-Year-Old’s Shooting Death

STOCKTON — The man suspected of shooting and killing an 18-year-old man was arrested Wednesday by Stockton police.

On the morning of April 17, Javier Garcia was killed in a neighborhood on Colfax Court.

Officers have arrested Antonio Ramirez, 33, as the suspect in the deadly shooting and say his actions were not random. He has been booked at the San Joaquin County Jail.
