ROCKLIN — Sierra College is giving free tuition to qualifying first-year students.

There is no income restriction, and even students returning to school after some time away are eligible to get that first year for free.

The student must be enrolled in a full load of classes — 30 units. Students must also complete their 2018/19 FAFSA form or Dream Act application.
