Suggested Food Replacements:

Replace meat with eggplant, soy, tofu, beans

Replace cow’s milk with almond milk, soy milk

Replace butter  or shortening with applesauce

Replace sugar with agave nectar

Replace oil with broth

Replace egg (in baking recipes) with flaxseed powder

Replace white rice with brown rice or bulgar wheat
