On his E! series, Henry sits down with celebrities, vulnerable and often tearful, as he shares messages from their loved ones who have died.
Henry, who grew up in the Central Valley community of Hanford, says he discovered his clairvoyant abilities when he was 10 years old.
"One night I woke up and I had this knowingness that my grandmother was going to die," Henry, 23, told FOX40. "I went to the room to try and explain this and as I did my mom's phone rang and she picked it up and it was my dad on the other end saying my grandmother had just died."
He said he soon started doing readings on his classmates and teachers.
"It's definitely like a muscle. The more you do it the better you get an the more refined you can get," he said.
In 2017, Henry made headlines for a health warning to "Growing Pains" star Alan Thicke -- who died a few months later.
In the current season of his show, Henry says he communicates with "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara's brother who was murdered.
Henry says he just sees himself as a messenger.
"I really liken my job to that of a mailman, in that I don't write the letters," he told FOX40. "I just deliver the message."
