PG&E Announces Power Shut Off to an Estimated 10,000 Customers

Update: PG&E reports power was restored to all customers by 3:45 p.m. Sunday.

BUTTE COUNTY — PG&E will be turning off power Saturday night to several cities as a safety precaution.

The three counties affected are Butte, Plumas and Yuba.

Power is expected to be shut off at 10 p.m., and it will be restored on Sunday at an unknown time.

PG&E will open community resource centers on Sunday in multiple locations for those affected by the power outage.
