Martina had a chance to talk with fitness trainer Susanna Kalnes about the top five fitness myths.

Top 5 Myths

- Working out in the morning is always better
- You should always stretch before exercising
- Spot reduction is possible (the idea you can lose weight in just one area of your body)
- Lifting heavy will "bulk" a woman up, so women should lift lighter weights
- You should workout less while pregnant
