Peter Jackson, 55, of West Hollywood, died after he was transported to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.     ALAMEDA COUNTY — Two teenagers told Manteca police they were the ones responsible for the Grant Fire in Alameda County. The 480-acre fire closed down Interstate 580 on July 8, snarling traffic for hours. It was fully contained by the following morning.     OLD SACRAMENTO — A body was found floating in the Sacramento River Wednesday in Old Sacramento. Eddie McCauley with Sacramento Police Department reports around 11:40 a.m. a citizen flagged down a State Parks employee to let them know a body was in the river behind the State Railroad Museum.     SOUTH SACRAMENTO — The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department says the person of interest in a woman’s homicide case has turned himself in as the suspect. Just after midnight July 8, a driver led CHP officers to his car at Stockton Boulevard and Florin Road, where Nedria Isaac, 45, was found unresponsive.     ELK GROVE — Police detained a driver who crashed into a car on Elk Grove Boulevard Sunday, injuring two passengers.
