(INSIDE CALIFORNIA POLITICS) — Nikki Laurenzo talks with Asm. Marc Berman about why Democrats are looking to reform the gubernatorial recall process.

“The biggest issue for me is how undemocratic the current process is,” Berman said. “The governor can be recalled and replaced by somebody else who received less votes than the governor did.”
