Chef Jourdan's Wine Country Burger

Makes 4 Servings
4 ea Chef`s Line Pat La Freida Chuck and short rib beef patty 6 oz each
4 ea Chef`s Line high gloss artisan bun
4 oz Allouette Crème of Brie
2 oz Rykoff balsamic and red onion jam
8 slices Jalapeno bacon
 Toast buns on both sides and season the patties with kosher salt and pepper.
 Place the patties on the grill and cook till medium rare.
 Smear a half ounce of the onion jam on each bottom bun and place the patty on top of the jam.
 Spoon an ounce of the crème of brie on each patty and top with crisp jalapeno bacon.
 Place the top bun on top of the bacon and enjoy!
