California Restaurant Association discusses employee shortages


A year ago, restaurants let workers go by the millions across the country as they struggled with pandemic slowdowns.

Now that the economy is coming back, refilling those positions is proving to be a problem.

Jot Condie, the president and CEO of the California Restaurant Association, joined Pedro to discuss employee shortages, what’s contributing to shortages and what restaurants can do to improve staffing.
