Lousiana Sue knows how to celebrate Mardi Gras the right way.

She stopped by with chefs Trace Tedde-Vega and William Ross from Magnolia Southern Kitchen to cook up some fresh beignets, grit cake and boudin balls.

The BTU Brass Band even came through to play tunes.
