Patrick Diegelman, managing partner at the restaurant, and Rommel Zapata, executive chef, explain how they're changing things up on their menu at Il Fornaio.

Diegelman says the restaurant is representing Italy with dishes from a new region every month. This month's region is Puglia, and next month the restaurant will bring in a taste of Sicily. The restaurant will feature six regions.

For $32, customers can get a three-course meal for two.

Il Fornaio has also made a passport for diners to get stamped when they dine each month, and then enter it into a drawing to win a trip for two to Italy.

Chef Rommel then cooks this month's Puglia menu which features a spaghetti.
