Carina Lampkin, founder/executive chef at New Blackbird is in the kitchen with Bethany. On the menu today we have Seared Day Boat Scallops, Kabocha squash pure, pepitas and lemon olive oil. Chef Carina was just on an episode of cutthroat. And is likely going back to Hollywood in a couple weeks to film more. Also, Blackbird is throwing an epic NYE street party.
