Wineries all over California are hosting special activities, offers and festivals to show case their sustainable practices in vineyards, wineries and communities. Christianne is in the kitchen with Laura Lee (Wine Institute, Discover California Wines). DISH: Watercress Salad with Smoked Trout, Manchego and Toasted Almonds which pairs well with a California Chardonnay or Pinot Gris.
