1. Cook with your kids
2. Grow a garden indoors 
3. Exercise together 
4. Put aside devices and eat one meal together 5 days/week
5. Practice mindfulness as a family. Kids also need to wind down and de-stress.
6. Do a family meditation
7. Take a daily walk outside
