March is National Nutrition Month and registered dietitian and founder of California Nutrition Group Karina Knight is in the kitchen with Mae with some easy healthy snacks for everyone to eat when they’re out and about.

3 things to look for on food labels
– sugar, ideally less than 10-12 g
– fiber, at least 3 g
– fat, no more than 5 g
