Chef shares how to make vegan taco salad, explains ‘Blue Zone’ lifestyle


Nina Curtis, the director and executive chef of Adventist Health’s Vitaliz Café, joined FOX40 to explain what the “Blue Zone” lifestyle is.

She also showed Pedro how to make an Adventist Haystack, also known as a vegetarian taco salad, using crushed lentils and walnuts to make the meat substitute.
