Jackie Howard, vegan chef and owner of Jack in the Wild custom catering, stops by the studio to gives her take on the classic Rueben sandwich.

Howard is heading to BottleRock June 7 where she will be the only all-vegan, gluten- and soy-free food vendor at the three-day food, wine and music festival. Her hope is to not only feed the 35,000 people that attend the event, but also her favorite vegan-singer, Stevie Wonder.
