State providing drought funding to support small communities


The Department of Water Resources has announced the first round of funding commitments for $200 million available through the Small Community Drought Relief Program to help provide immediate support to small California communities facing water supply challenges.

DWR Deputy Director of the Integrated Watershed Management Program Kris Tjernell and Deputy Director of Division of the Financial Assistance State Water Resources Control Board Joe Karkoski joined Mae to share details.
