Homelessness is not a problem that is exclusive to the city of Sacramento but lately there has been a lot of buzz surrounding the homeless in our city due to the new ordinance. Christianne is in the studio talking with City Councilmen Jay Schenirer about the city’s plans. Sacramento city officials have somewhat dismissed the protesters camping outside City Hall over the past month as a distraction from their long-term strategy to tackle homelessness with permanent housing.
