Gary is in Roseville tasting different hot dogs and sausages. Umai Savory Hot Dogs started off as a hot dog cart business owned by Loi Tran and his wife, today the business is owned by their son. Umai’s hot dogs are unique because they are created from a fusion of sushi flavors thus creating the first Japanese fusion dogs.
