(KTXL) — It’s the season of giving and a time to share with our family and loved ones, but the stress of the holidays and the winter itself can take a toll on us.

Dr. Peter Miles, a cardiologist and physician-in-chief for Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento, joined Mae to talk about the rise in heart attacks at this time of year.
