Evacuations ordered for Sellers Avenue, Crismore Drive and Delta Road were lifted just before 4 p.m.
Sellers Avenue between Delta Road and Jan Lane is still closed.
FOX40 spoke to a couple who had to evacuate.
“I think that the local authorities do a really good job of keeping everything under control and under the circumstances, I think I feel pretty safe,” said Seamus Hodgin. “Just hoping that my cat and my few chickens fare well.”
“Still a little nervous but we know that we can count on our authorities here to take care of us,” said Heather Turman.
