RIVERSIDE (KTLA)-

A new restaurant has stepped on more than a few toes with its dress code requiring all women customers to wear heels.

The controversy began when “ProAbition” posted an online flier announcing its June 15 grand opening, the Press Enterprise reported.

Included in the restaurant’s dress code was a line that read, “Ladies: No flat shoes or sandals. Must have heels.”

The dress code did include an exception for injuries.
