YUBA CITY-

With the help of several law enforcement agencies, the Net5 task force, comprised of the Yuba and Sutter County Sheriffs Departments, the California Highway Patrol, Yuba City Police and Probation) sent a team of 50 officers to serve 11 search warrants Tuesday morning, collecting guns, narcotics and gang paraphernalia from known gang members.

“We obtained our warrant based on the videos these documented gang members were posting to YouTube,” Martin Horan, Net5 task force commander, told FOX40.

Net5 was created by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department four years ago to patrol the growing gang problem in Yuba City.

Nine arrests were made for parole violations, and illegal possession of weapons and narcotics.
