Early Results: Prop. 35 Leading by Wide Margin

Proposition 35, which would toughen penalties for human traffickers, shows a huge amount of early support.

According to the California Secretary of State’s office, 83.9 percent of voters voted yes, and only 16.1 percent voted no, with 1.3 percent of precincts reporting.
