STOCKTON, Calif. (KTXL) — Four people are being treated for non-life threatening injuries after a stabbing at the St. Mary’s Dining Room in Stockton.
The incident happened around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Stockton Police Department.
Police say of the four stabbing victims found at the scene, two were later hospitalized. They were identified as a 58-year-old man, a 38-year-old man, a 37-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman.
A suspect identified as 54-year-old Keith Baxter was arrested nearby on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. A Stockton Police Department spokesman originally stated two suspects had been taken into custody.
