Police: Amber Alert lifted, no charges in Utah to Modesto case

MODESTO, Calif. (KTXL) — An Amber Alert that was issued after a baby girl went missing from Clinton, Utah, around 5:12 p.m. Wednesday was lifted.

It was lifted after an investigation by the Clinton Police Department.

No charges have been filed as of Friday with the Davis County Attorney’s Office declining to charge anyone.

The Amber Alert had been issued for Audrey Westfall who was with her mother, 25-year-old Taylor Cheylene Webb.
