ROSEVILLE -- Roseville police confirmed a tip about a Youtube channel, where they say it appears a man made sexually inappropriate comments to multiple young girls.

On Friday, detectives arrested 22-year-old Aleksandr Anatolyvich Rudenko. They charged him with a felony sex offense for meeting with a minor with intent to commit lewd and lascivious acts.

Rob Baquera with the Roseville Police Department says Rudenko made plans online to meet with a 13-year-old girl in person for sex. When he arrived at the agreed meeting spot he found out that 13-year-old girl was really an undercover detective.

The Youtube channel also includes a video that appears to show Rudenko talking about police questioning him about harassing those girls in Youtube videos.

One young woman told FOX40 he harassed her too. She spoke with FOX40 on Facebook Wednesday night, saying that Rudenko "always [came] into my store and harass me with nasty comments."

"He would come in and say 'Oh hot girl' or 'hi sexy lady' or 'Hey hot girl, do you wanna hug' and walk towards me," she wrote.

Police believe there might be other victims in Roseville where Rudenko was arrested, or in Antelope where he lived.
