BUTTE COUNTY-

The three bodies found inside a burned car along a skyway in Butte County are still waiting for DNA confirmation, but investigators say they have a good idea of who they are.

Detectives with the Butte County Sheriff’s Office believe the bodies belonged to 46-year-old Colleen Joanne Lowe, 15-year-old Roland Allen Kaider Lowe and 17-year-old Richard Lynn Jones. Colleen Lowe is Roland Lowe’s mother.

All three are from Sacramento.

An arrested was made in the investigation Wednesday. Donald Clark, 72, was taken into custody in Chico.

The car the three bodies were found in was reported stolen in Sacramento.
