Police in Stockton are saying that a 13-year-old boy was the victim of a scary armed robbery Monday afternoon.

According to Stockton Police, the teen was walking from Thornton and Wagner Heights Roads around 5 p.m. when he saw three young men following him.

Near Sandringham Way and Sandrigham Court, police say the suspects pulled out a gun and pointed it at the boy. The suspects demanded the boy’s bag, so the boy dropped it on the ground.

Police note that the only things inside the bag were some food and a school book.

Only a vague description of the three suspects has been given.
