Sheriff’s investigators have an arrest warrant for Hishima Small, 26, who they believe robbed and killed Kareem Johnson on Bell Street in Sacramento. A community gathered to remember Johnson.

“He could be the best person that you could ever experience,” said Jah’nette Johnson, Kareem Johnson’s 11-year-old daughter.

Jah’nette will never again experience life with her dad. “It hurt my feelings that my dad actually died,” she said.
