SACRAMENTO—

Police are investigating a copper wire theft that hit a Sacramento school early Monday morning.

Michele Gigante with the Sacramento Police Department tells FOX40 that dispatchers got a call that, around 3:30 a.m., power to Sacramento Country Day School’s fire alarm had gone out.
