STOCKTON — Crews battled a large warehouse fire near East Weber Avenue and B Street on Thursday.
The four-alarm fire is believed to have started in a large pallet yard.
According to fire crews, strong winds pushed the fire through several commercial properties.
Five homes were damaged in the fire, one was destroyed. Several cars were also destroyed.
Hours after the fire, high winds continued to kick up flames.

Nearby streets are closed and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
An evacuation center has been set up for residents at the Stribley Community Center, 1760 E. Sonora St. in Stockton.
