A man was arrested for allegedly having two pounds of meth in his car at a Dunnigan travel center, according to Yolo County Sheriff’s deputies.

Investigators were first tipped off when the man’s car was parked illegally and didn’t have proper registration early Wednesday morning. Deputies say the man was on “searchable probation.”

Inside the man’s car, deputies say they found the two pounds of meth – valued at $12,000, and a switchblade knife.

Investigators did not identify the man.

He was booked into Yolo County Jail on charges of transportation of methamphetamine, possession of a switchblade and probation violation.
