The Sacramento Catholic Diocese says Javier Posada is not a Roman Catholic priest.

The Sacramento Catholic Diocese is warning the faithful of a man calling himself a Roman Catholic priest or bishop.

The man, Javier Posada, is reportedly celebrating mass and giving the Eucharist in people’s homes.

However, the Diocese says he is not a Roman Catholic, and instead belongs to a group called the “Santa Barbara Old Catholic Church in America”.

Church leaders are asking anyone who sees Posada in the area, the let their parish know.
